Welcome to our promotions page. Here you’ll find current discounts, referral programs, and special offers available at UmaBox locations.
By using UmaBox and agreeing to our Terms of Use, you also agree to the rules of any applicable promotions if you choose to take advantage of them. If you prefer not to participate in a promotion and wish to be charged the regular retail price, you must email support@uma.today within one (1) hour of your transaction with your order ID. Uma will adjust the charge accordingly.
All promotions are subject to and in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Current Promotions
1) 50% Off Select Items
- What it is: Select items are available at 50% off. To start, this applies to drinks only.
- Where: This promotion is available only at participating UmaBox locations. Some locations are excluded at Uma’s discretion and are not eligible for discounted pricing.
- How to redeem: The discount is automatically applied within 24 hours of checkout for eligible items.
- Notes:
- Uma has full discretion to decide which items and which locations are included or excluded.
- Eligibility may change without notice.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
2) Referral Bonus Program
Help us expand UmaBoxes into more communities and get rewarded.
- Standard Referral ($100 CAD):
- You introduce Uma to a host property (gym, school, office, residential, etc.).
- The host expresses genuine interest, and Uma explains the technology and coordinates installation.
- Once a machine is installed and the host has completed a successful trial period of one (1) month plus ten (10) days, you receive a $100 CAD bonus.
- Direct Referral ($200 CAD):
- Your referral leads to a host property that is ready to install immediately (they confirm a specific installation date and require no further convincing).
- Once the machine is installed and the host has completed a successful trial period of one (1) month plus ten (10) days, you receive a $200 CAD bonus.
Payment & Rules:
- Referral bonuses will be issued by electronic transfer within 14 days after the successful end of the trial period.
- Bonuses are paid once per host property, regardless of how many people were involved in the referral.
- Uma has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies for a bonus, including whether the host property was new, expressed genuine interest, or was installation-ready.
Additional notes:
- Promotions may vary by location and inventory availability.
- Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Uma reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
- In the event of any inconsistency, the official Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern.
